Refund policy
PIXIE STICKS DOG BOUTIQUE ONLY OFFERS EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT
In-Boutique Purchases:
We happily offer exchange or store credit on eligible merchandise within 14 days after you received your purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide proof of purchase by either email, texted, or printed receipt. If these cannot be provided or the request is beyond the 14-day exchange period, it's up to the manager's discretion to assist with the exchange it may take more time to locate the order to process the exchange.
Online Purchases:
For online orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping will be deducted from the issued store credit. To request an exchange, email info@pixiesticksdog.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, the reason for your request, and a photo of the item(s) in original condition. Once received, we will review and issue a return shipping label if the return is approved by our team.
Returns must be placed back in the mail within 5 business days.
Returning the item(s) is at your own risk. Items received damaged, not approved or received within the 5 days will not be eligible for a refund, and you will be notified.
